With the help of area youth leaders and District 95 teachers area youth will learn about empathy, humanity, and peace. They'll explore what it means to walk in another person's shoes and to be a hero. Their artwork will be on display at the Carbondale Public Library, with a growing collection beginning September 21, and at the University Museum for the United Nation Association of Southern Illinois' exhibit celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights beginning October 2nd.
